Author’s Biography
Jana Jardali is a food and health engineer, graduated with a master’s degree in engineering from Institute Polytechnic LaSalle Beauvais, in France. In addition she is a registered dietitian in Lebanon. She had her experience from Evian water, at Danone, then to Qatar foundation in Doha, then to Lebanon where she had a hospital experience at HHUMC Saida. Currently she owns the diet and recipe concept clinics in Downtown Beirut and Saida. In addition to her online clinic where she serves healthy and personalized plans to all her worldwide clients in Dubai, Qatar, UK, Canada, Switzerland and USA. Jana had many collaborations with famous and successful businesses like Spinneys Lebanon, Beesline Lebanon and Sayidati magazine KSA, Boeker UK and Annahar News. In addition she has a weekly TV episodes on Alaraby TV.
